Friends who are familiar with HPMC know that the raw material is very rare refined cotton.<\/p>\n

The refined cotton cellulose is treated with alkali solution at 35-40\u00b0C for half an hour, pressed, the cellulose is pulverized, and appropriately aged at 35\u00b0C, so that the average polymerization degree of the obtained alkali fiber is within the required range. Put the alkali fiber into the etherification kettle, add propylene oxide and methyl chloride in sequence, and etherify at 50-80\u00b0C for 5 hours. The maximum pressure is about 1.8MPa. Then add an appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid and oxalic acid to the hot water at 90\u00b0C to wash the material to expand the volume. Use a centrifuge to dehydrate and wash until neutral. When the water content in the material is less than 60%, dry it with a hot air flow at 130\u00b0C until the water content is less than 5%. Finally, crush it and pass it through a 20-mesh sieve to obtain the finished product.
\nToday, the factory ushered in another purchase of raw materials. The director of the purchasing department personally visited Xinjiang, the largest cotton producing area in China. Xinjiang cotton is mainly famous for its white color, long fiber and strong tensile strength.<\/p>\n

Chengyi purchased 200 tons of cotton at one time and found the best local factory to process it into refined cotton. It then compressed, formed, packed and transported it, and then transported it back to the factory in Hebei Province by a fleet of vehicles.
\nWhile unloading, we happened to meet a customer from abroad visiting the factory. Seeing this scene, the customer was very interested and wanted to see our processing of refined cotton raw materials.<\/p>\n

We are also very happy to invite customers into our processing plant after putting on safety helmets and protection.<\/p>\n

First, they looked at the cotton with their eyes and saw that the cotton was white and shiny. Then they touched it with their hands. They found it was soft, elastic, with strong pulling force and long fibers. Then they smelled it with their noses. The staff kindly stopped this move and informed the customer that the fiber particles in the factory were dusty. If inhaled into the respiratory tract, it is easy to cause infection. Please continue to wear a mask. The customer nodded and expressed understanding.<\/p>\n

After that, our quality inspection department conducted a precise inspection on this batch of cotton and said it was fully qualified.<\/p>\n
